Job Description
SUMMARY: We are seeking a part-time Kitchen Prep Cook for swing shifts at Century Mile Racetrack and Casino. Your role will involve preparing and cooking food to ensure high-quality appearance and taste while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Compliance with safety and health standards, as well as Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC) regulations, is essential.
