Experience: Will train
Responsibilities:
- Set tables and bring clean dishes and flatware to serving areas
- Keep records of food quantities used
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products safely
- Receive and store supplies in designated areas
- Remove garbage and trash from the kitchen
- Sharpen kitchen knives
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
