Job Description

We are currently looking for operations staff who can work 5 days a week in a 24 hour x 7 day operations to work at our food production facility Incumbent will be assigned to different work areas within the facility such as – Warewash, Galley/Bond, and Sanitation. Previous experience in a high volume food preparation environment would be an asset.

Job Description

Comprises all those who perform the duties within one or more of the following work areas: Galley/Bond room, Warewash, Sanitation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ideal candidate will be required to perform various duties as assigned and may include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for assembly of inflight service equipment and supplies
• Maintain accurate records and other related duties as required
• Clean up of dishes and /or kitchen/airline vessels on time including packing, sorting and storing correctly
• Adhere to health and safety protocols while performing the assigned job

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Good command of English language and ability to read and understand instructions
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move product, equipment, supplies, etc (up to 20 pounds)
• Regularly stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be available for shift work, including statutory holidays and weekends
• Must be able to work in work areas with temperature controlled levels
• Good communication skills
• Team player: ability to get along with others.
