Job Description
About the role
We’re hiring a Junior Advisor to grow into a producing role through structured coaching, planning support, and a clear operating cadence. This role is ideal for someone building a long-term advisory career.
What you’ll do
· Support Senior Advisors with meeting prep, follow-ups, and client servicing.
· Learn and execute discovery, proposal delivery, and review meeting standards.
· Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, tasks, next actions, and pipeline updates.
· Participate in referral asks, COI activities, and event/webinar follow-up.
· Manage a smaller book of clients as you progress.
What success looks like
· Strong follow-up discipline and high client satisfaction.
· Reliable execution with minimal rework/errors.
· Demonstrated progress toward producing responsibilities.
Requirements
· 1–3+ years in wealth management or financial services.
· Working toward a planning designation (CFP track preferred).
· Strong organization, accountability, and communication skills.
Nice to have
· Experience with CRM-driven workflows and task management.
