Tasks
- Clean parts using special cleaning solutions and machines
- Instruct apprentices
- Supervise other jewellers or watch repairers
- Appraise gemstones and diamonds
- Examine, cut, shape, and polish gems
- Fabricate and repair jewellery
- Set stones in jewellery mountings
Work Conditions
40 hours per week, permanent position.
