Job Description
Five Hills Mining Canada Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment.
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
