About Us

ASAP Ventures Ltd. (ASAP Appliance Experts) is an Authorized Major Appliance Servicer & Installer serving Vancouver Island and the Okanagan. We are expanding and seeking a highly organized Installation Coordinator to join our team in person at our Victoria location.

About the Role

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and supporting appliance installation jobs from start to finish. This is an on‑site, in‑person role in Victoria, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize installation jobs
• Ensure all job details, materials, and technician notes are accurate and ready before the installation date
• Monitor ongoing installation jobs and follow up on pending estimates and outstanding requirements
• Verify accuracy of completion notes and documentation
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, technicians, and suppliers
• Coordinate shipping and deliveries within our service regions for installation materials
• Update customers on timelines, scheduling changes, and installation-related details
• Work closely with the Installation Manager and Install Coordinators to support operations across Vancouver Island and the Okanagan
• Perform various administrative and coordination duties as needed

Who We’re Looking ForRequired & Preferred Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in installations, dispatching, trades coordination, project coordination, or a similar coordination/leadership role
• Construction or trades industry experience preferred
• Management experience an asset but not required
