Job Description
Lead our inside sales and service team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Manage account growth, handle service escalations, coordinate with field teams, set targets, and track KPIs. Build strong client relationships and optimize sales processes using CRM tools.
Qualifications: 3+ years in sales or service leadership, proven coaching and negotiation skills, CRM and data analysis experience, and strong communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
