Job Description

Yang Ming Shipping (Canada) Ltd is seeking an Import Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service within our Import Customer Service Department.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting shipment issues, and assisting with billing and disputes. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range of $15.65-$26.44 per hour. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
