Job Description

DXP Canada is looking for a friendly and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with exceptional phone etiquette and strong computer skills. This full-time position requires on-site work, Monday through Friday, at our downtown corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct inbound calls professionally.
• Greet guests and maintain a visitor logbook.
• Organize mail and courier deliveries.
• Manage boardroom bookings and catering.
• Support executive team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of similar experience.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
