Job Description
The Georgetown Inn is seeking a dedicated Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. This permanent position requires working 30 to 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, supervising and training staff, managing budgets, and negotiating with suppliers and clients. You will also handle customer complaints, organize events, and oversee facility maintenance.
