Qualifications include experience in new home construction, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and familiarity with software on tablets/smart devices. Duties will involve inspecting new homes, conducting Pre-Delivery Orientations, and effective homeowner communication.

This contract position offers flexible scheduling, primarily Monday to Friday, with pay ranging from $100 to $150 per hour based on the project.
