Job Description

As a Home Financing Officer you will guide clients through mortgage products, evaluate loan applications, verify documents, perform credit and affordability assessments, prepare loan proposals, and coordinate with underwriters and legal teams. You will build client relationships, meet sales targets, ensure compliance with lending policies, and provide clear advice on repayment options. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years in mortgage or banking, strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with loan origination systems.
