Job Description
HMR Manager responsible for leading Health, Medical, and Regulatory (HMR) programs to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and employee well‑being. Manage cross‑functional teams, develop policies, oversee incident investigation, coordinate medical services, and maintain documentation and reporting. Work with operations to assess hazards, implement controls, and train staff on HMR procedures. Require bachelor’s degree in occupational health, nursing, safety, or related field; 5+ years in similar role; strong leadership, communication, and compliance knowledge. Familiarity with local and international HMR standards preferred.
