Job Description
Gravity Conseil is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to join our consulting team in the Montreal office. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Patient Appointment Booking configurations, including slot definitions and resource allocations.
- Oversee Procedure and Medication Order flows, primarily within hospital settings.
- Document workflows and order fulfillment processes, both normal and exceptional cases.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Healthcare and Healthcare IT.
- Experience as a business analyst, clinical informaticist, or system analyst.
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements using various techniques.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French are a plus.
