Job Description
Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking a dedicated Health Records Technician to join our team. The role involves performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of patient charts following legislative requirements and hospital policies. You will also process Surgical Day Care visits and assist in various departmental duties as needed, which may include working from other locations such as Holland Centre and SJR.
Qualifications include certification with CHIMA or as a Certified Health Record Technician, at least one year in a Health Record Department, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.
