Job Description
Hamilton High Street Residence is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have experience in a similar role, although equivalent experience will also be considered. Responsibilities include supplying and emptying bedpans, taking patients’ vital signs, serving meal trays, assisting with patient mobility, delivering messages between departments, making beds, and maintaining cleanliness in patients’ rooms. Additionally, administering first aid in emergencies and maintaining an inventory of supplies are essential tasks.
