Tasks
- Supervise staff including apprentices and design teams.
- Hire and train staff or arrange training.
- Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer issues, requests, and complaints.
- Design settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting.
