Job Description
As Head Cashier you will lead the cashier team, oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation, ensure POS accuracy, train and coach staff, manage schedules, resolve customer payment issues, and prepare cash reports for management. You must have 2+ years of retail or foodservice cash-handling experience, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, basic math and computer/POS proficiency, and a reliable, honest work ethic. Flexible hours and ability to work weekends required.
