Job Description
4 Brothers Farm and Cannery is looking for a dedicated Greenhouse Labourer to join our team. This position requires no formal education, degree, certificate, or diploma. Ideal candidates will exhibit a strong willingness to perform various tasks related to crop maintenance and harvesting.
Key responsibilities include cleaning crops, hand harvesting vegetables, maintaining vines and grape growth, mixing fertilizers, planting seeds, and tending to plants and gardens. While previous experience is an asset, it is not mandatory. This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week, and fluency in English is essential.
