Job Description
We are hiring a Gérant·e to lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, handle customer relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of managerial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, budgeting and scheduling ability, and fluency in English; French a plus. Responsibilities include staff training, performance monitoring, supplier coordination, reporting, and maintaining high service standards. Flexible hours and a problem-solving mindset are required.
