• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Tasks:

• Type and proofread correspondence and documents
• Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
• Work on reports from files and databases
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
• Provide information to clients and the public

Experience:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
