Job Description
About Us: We are La Bomba Taco, an authentic Mexican restaurant in the heart of Bolton, Ontario, known for bold flavors and warm hospitality. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our teams and help us grow.
What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations, motivate staff, manage inventory and budgets, uphold health regulations, and collaborate on marketing and events.
Qualifications: 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, Smart Serve certification, and bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
