Job Description

Browns Socialhouse Mount Royal Village is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills and a passion for the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Analyze financial statements
• Create shift schedules and manage labor costs
• Collaborate with the Head Chef
• Maintain decor and equipment
• Build lasting relationships with guests
• Promote the location to increase sales

Pay: $55,00.00 – $70,00.00 per year, plus bonuses and tips.

Schedule includes day and evening shifts, with weekends as needed.
