Job Description

My Smile Oral Surgery is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional support and ensure smooth front desk operations.

Duties include:

• Greet visitors warmly.
• Manage calls and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Perform data entry and manage records.
• Keep the front desk area clean and welcoming.

Requirements: Prior dental office experience preferred. Must be able to commute or relocate to Richmond Hill, ON.
