Job Description

We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide local information. You will answer phones, assist with concierge requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications: High school diploma, excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude, basic computer proficiency, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
