Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Assist with inquiries and provide information
- Process reservations and cancellations
Requirements:
