Job Description
BEAVERTAILS seeks a Food Truck Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure quality food service. Responsibilities include enforcing health and safety regulations, negotiating catering and facility use, resolving customer complaints, training and supervising kitchen staff, preparing budgets, reports and cost estimates, maintaining stock and wastage records, scheduling shifts, and estimating ingredient needs. Requirements: secondary (high) school diploma and 7–12 months relevant experience. This permanent, fast-paced role is 30–40 hours per week and requires fluency in English. Strong leadership, sanitation knowledge, and customer-service skills are essential.
