Job Description

Yummy Kitchen seeks a Food Service Supervisor. College/CEGEP education and 1–2 years’ experience required. Permanent, English-speaking role (30–40 hours/week). You will plan schedules, requisition food and supplies, estimate ingredient needs, prepare budgets, and maintain stock, sales and waste records. Supervise and train kitchen staff in duties, sanitation and safety; oversee food preparation, portioning, tray assembly and trolley delivery; ensure quality control and address customer concerns. Must know the establishment’s culinary genres and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
