Job Description

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Permanent position.

Tasks:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff preparing food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customer complaints
• Maintain records of stock and sales
• Prepare and submit reports

Supervision: 3-4 people

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility

Work Hours: 35 hours per week
