Job Description

M Bistro Ltd. seeks a Food Service Supervisor. College/CEGEP or equivalent and 1–2 years’ experience. Willingness to relocate for a restaurant environment. You will supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, train in sanitation and safety, prepare schedules, estimate ingredients, manage inventory, hire and oversee food preparation, assemble trays, prepare order summaries for the chef, control quality, handle customer concerns, prepare budgets and reports, and maintain records. Fast-paced, physically demanding role with tight deadlines requiring attention to detail. We value client focus, teamwork, and initiative. Permanent position; English required; 35 hours/week.
