Job Description
HULA POKE (Market Mall) is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to manage our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess a high school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of experience in food service.
Key responsibilities include supervising staff, training personnel, estimating ingredients, maintaining quality control standards, managing budgeting, and addressing customer concerns.
