Job Description

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
Tasks:
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities in food preparation
- Train staff on job duties and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meals
- Ensure food and service meet quality standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock and sales
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
