Job Description

Amorosa/Santali Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our food preparation staff. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the food service industry.

Your responsibilities will include establishing work schedules, supervising the food preparation activities, training staff in job duties and safety procedures, and ensuring quality control standards are met. You will also be involved in budgeting, estimating supplies, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining inventory records.

The position is permanent, requires approximately 30 hours of work per week, and is conducted in English.
