Job Description

Amore Pasta South is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in food service management.

Key responsibilities include establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising staff, training on sanitation and safety procedures, estimating ingredients, ensuring food quality standards, and addressing customer complaints. Additionally, the supervisor will maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste, and prepare reports as needed.

This is a permanent position, requiring 35 hours of work per week and operates in English.
