Job Description
Standard General Edmonton is seeking a qualified Flag Person to direct and control traffic safely in and through work zones. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with the public and assist with site equipment near traffic hazards.
Duties include:
- Managing traffic and hazards to protect workers
- Assisting trucks with site access and dump loads
- Setting up and maintaining project signage
- Measuring work areas for quantity calculations
- Tracking equipment work time and issuing pay tickets
Requirements: 2 years of experience, Flag Training certificate, clear communication skills, and willingness to work outdoors and overtime.
