Job Description
Pokerrito is seeking a dedicated Fish Processing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week, primarily in English.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for training staff in their job duties and safety procedures, preparing production reports, and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, establishing methods to meet work schedules effectively.
