Job Description

We are hiring a Field Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure safety compliance, manage schedules, and maintain quality control. The role requires coordinating daily operations, reporting progress, resolving site issues, and enforcing company procedures. Candidates should have 3+ years of field supervision experience, strong communication and leadership skills, basic technical knowledge related to the industry, and a valid driver’s license.
