Job Description

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Work Site Environment: Outdoors, dusty, hot, noisy, with odours in fruit and vegetable combination farming.
• Work Setting: Rural area
• Responsibilities: Maintain records, supervise farm workers, provide crop services, and operate farm machinery.
• Supervision: Oversee more than 20 workers.
• Work Conditions: Fast-paced, physically demanding, with attention to detail.
• Languages: English
• Hours: 40 hours per week
