Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, delivering preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, referrals, routine screenings, immunizations, and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with clinic protocols.
Qualifications: MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, valid state license, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
