Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fairmont Gold Supervisor for our Luxury Front Desk. You will lead a small team to deliver personalized, anticipatory service to VIP guests, manage daily front desk operations, uphold Gold standards, handle guest recovery, and coordinate with concierge and housekeeping. Qualifications: 3+ years luxury front desk or guest services experience, supervisory ability, polished presentation, excellent communication, and fluency in English.
