Job Description
Job Summary:
Managed Care Resources Corp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clerical skills and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
– Manage executive schedules and travel.
– Prepare meeting documents and agendas.
– Maintain filing systems.
– Handle calls and assist with bookkeeping using Monday.com.
– Utilize Google Suite and DocuSign.
Experience:
– 4 years in relevant roles required. Educational background preferred.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
