Job Description
John Barrack Professional Corporation is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include compiling data, preparing and coordinating reports, analyzing documents, conducting research, and managing meetings.
Successful candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in problem-solving.
