Job Description
Avala Equities, an independent real estate investment firm, is seeking a personal and administrative assistant for daily on-call tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with contractor payments and invoices.
- Research building-related quotes.
- Manage correspondence with contractors.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Strong communication and organization skills, prior experience is a plus, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary, Contract. Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hr.
Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC.
