Job Description
Bennett Grant LLP, a full-service law firm based in Kitchener, Ontario, is seeking an Estate Administration Clerk to join our busy practice. This hybrid position allows for 2 days of work from home and 3 days in our Kitchener office.
Duties include:
- Preparing applications for the Certificates of Appointment of Estate Trustee
- Estate accounting for court and informal purposes
- Calculating compensation for estate trustees and attorneys
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in Office365, Estateably, and LEAP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary starts at $50,00 per year plus benefits.
