Job Description
Willowbrae Academy Windermere is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and a Child Development Supervisor (ECE level 3) certification. This role requires engaging with children in an urban setting, focusing on their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing child-care programs, leading activities, preparing snacks, and observing children for potential learning or behavioral issues. Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
Experience of 1 month to less than 7 months is required, with 40 hours of work per week.
