Job Description

Bébé Dépôt Plus is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial candidate to join our team as an E-commerce Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process daily online orders.
• Update the website with products, prices, and promotions.
• Collaborate on inventory management and report shortages.
• Coordinate pickups with carriers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Manage social media to promote offers (a plus).

Profile: Bilingual in French/English, detail-oriented, excellent customer skills, proficient in Internet and Excel.
