Job Description

Akelius acquires, improves, and manages residential properties in major metropolitan areas, including New York, Boston, and Montréal.

We are seeking a customer-focused Doorman to be the ambassador and primary point of contact at our downtown Montréal property.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and intermediate English
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role or customer service
• Available to work rotating shifts
• Friendly and caring personality

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with service policies
• Interact pleasantly with tenants and guests
• Handle deliveries and packages
