Job Description
Galaxy Dental seeks a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to manage patient treatment plans, coordinate with dentists, insurance, and staff, and use ClearDent for scheduling and billing. Responsibilities include auditing charts, guiding patients through options, documenting treatments, and ensuring timely communication. Required: dental office experience (preferred 2 years), ClearDent familiarity, dental terminology proficiency, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Pay $25–$35/hour; benefits include extended health care and on-site parking. Location: Calgary, AB T2A 7A7; in-person with reliable commute or relocation preferred; up to 25% travel.
