UNICE Dental Art is seeking an experienced Dental Case Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing case communications between dental clinics and our laboratory, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer satisfaction.
As a Case Coordinator, you’ll be the key liaison between our lab and dental offices—ensuring smooth case tracking, timely communication, and efficient scheduling to support outstanding outcomes for every patient.

Job Title: Dental Case Coordinator

Qualifications
Applicants must have relevant dental industry experience (at least one of the following):
- Dental Assistant
- Dental Technician
- Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Experience working in a dental office or dental laboratory
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with dental clinics regarding case details
- Manage case schedules and relay instructions accurately
- Provide updates on case changes, revisions, or additional requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal production and technical teams
- Deliver outstanding customer support and maintain high client satisfaction
